Scentsations Refund Policy

At Scentsations, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances. If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within fourteen (14) days of delivery, you may request a full refund for that purchase.

To begin the process, please email our team at  support@scentsations.com with your order details.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds are typically issued within five (5) business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The exact timing of the funds returning to your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds cannot be provided for claims lodged more than fourteen (14) days after the order dispatch date. We are also unable to issue refunds for products that have been damaged through incorrect use, neglect, or accidental mishandling.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for other reasons, our team may offer a replacement item, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.
